Compassionate care

About Us

Incline Health Services provide financial assistance and promote healthy living utilizing resources and support services to our clients and their families throughout the community.

Our Mission

Our primary service is Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) which is a Medicaid-funded benefit that supports primary unpaid caregivers of persons who are generally aged, disabled, or have Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia. The caregiver lives with the care recipient and receives a tax-free stipend (payment) for providing supervision, personal care assistance, and homemaker services. Caregivers are provided with education and training based on current and anticipated needs of their loved one, coaching (including emotional support), a fill-in caregiver, and / or respite care.

“A caring community where every family member—both the one receiving care and the one providing it—is supported, valued, and empowered to thrive together at home.”

At Incline Health Services, we understand that caring for a loved one at home is both a privilege and a responsibility. Our mission is to honor the sacred bond between caregivers and their loved ones by providing the resources, training, and support families need to thrive together. We’re not just a service—we’re your partner in this meaningful journey.
